Just Being you with us practice and encourage Meditation both as part of our sessions and individually as part of well being, self care, self love and spiritual connection with your ‘self’.
When we meditate, we use techniques to focus our attention and awareness to encourage clarity and bring us to a emotionally calm state.
Meditation is known to lower stress, improve connection and focus, manage anxiety, enhance self-awareness and promote our emotional stability.

We use various methods of meditation in our sessions including body scan – to encourage an awareness of how the body feels, Mindfulness – focusing on the present moment and guided meditation which helps you connect and let go of self-judgment, often using visualisation to complement the theme of the session.
